Handicapped Life Has To Cease

Life is again crippled. A part of our state has been left paralysed for the past few days. Yes, it is the Apple town, Sopore which I am talking about. Well, it has become a daily routine for this very generation of ours, which has been witnessing this havoc right from the very beginning. One feels hapless for having such kind of environment over here. Has there ever been even a day when we have not witnessed some sort of disturbance? The answer unfortunately is a big NO.

Life goes on and on. Each passing moment leaves a story behind and it remains a mystery and finally acquires its place in history. We carry out our jobs fabulously, live with our kith and kin comfortably and do every possible chore which is a must in our list of demanding necessities. We talk about politics too and of course put forth myriads of things which, in our opinion, ought to be done. Yeah, that is the human behavior. We want things to be done but never think of acquiring the driver’s seat and taking the steering in our hands! I must not be misconceived for giving the ‘driving lessons’! Anyway, it is an old saying “If you want the world to change for you, then you must change yourself”. This is true and applicable to all aspects of life. Why do we get fidgety whenever we get a chance to run the world? We always take things to turn out fiasco. We should join hands and be ONE, for we have to change the world! We should succeed in making our place a better one to live in. Speculation about our bright future should reach fever-pitch. We got to be brave enough to remove any obstruction coming our way. This is our Kashmir and the future is ours too!
If we really want to change the present scenario over here, then we must get cracking or else we will have to repent in the future. We will have to pay for our mistake of silently watching all the heinous crimes taking place around us. There is a little chance that we will succeed in changing the darned law of immorality. Nevertheless, it is important that we try! The earlier we will get out of this never-never land, the better will it be for all of us. It is better to do something practically than trumpet our opinions, as “Actions speak louder than words”.
